Anabel's is a tranquil self catering, bed and breakfast accommodation establishment in La Lucia, Umhlanga Rocks in the northern suburbs of Durban, KwaZulu Natal. La Lucia is the southernmost suburb of Umhlanga. A 5 minute drive brings you to the Umhlanga bathing beach and village, and to Gateway Mall and Umhlanga Hospital. It is situated a 3 minute walk from La Lucia Mall, one of Umhlanga's Prime Shopping Centres with its variety of shops, restaurants and banking facilities. Virgin Active Health & Tennis Club is in the same locality. It will take15 minutes to drive to the major sports stadia including the spectacular Moses Mabhida Stadium built especially for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and to the ICC. The new King Shaka International Airport is less than 30 minutes away. Opportunities exist close by for scuba diving, dolphin viewing and sporting activities such as tennis and golf of which the Durban Country Club, Beachwood and Mount Edgecombe courses are the closest.
Game Tours can be easily arranged. An experienced tour guide is available for trips to the KwaZulu-Natal Game Parks.
We are in close proximity to Virginia Airport - a mere 2km away.
For corporate clients we are not far from La Lucia and Umhlanga Ridge Office parks.
